How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, with tracking sent to your inbox the moment your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy complimentary shipping on every order over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day happy returns because motherhood is unpredictable. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it easy — items in original condition are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Are your products safe for babies?
Absolutely. Every product is thoughtfully curated and mom-tested, chosen for quality, safety and everyday practicality — nothing makes our shelves unless we'd use it ourselves.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track anytime from the "Track Your Order" link in our footer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our very best to help before it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
